This Massage Cream Lotion is another form of An Mo Ru, and is Massage Lotion rather than Massage Cream.

Ingredients:
Folium Ilicis Chinesis
Herba Menthae
Cortex Cinnamomi
Gummi Olibanum
Resina Myrrha
Camphor
Flos Carypphylli.

DIRECTIONS:
To take adequate emulsion and apply to affected area. To massage gently about 30 seconds will help you warm up and provide fast comfortable relief from arthritis and muscle aches, and tiredness. It will be more effective if hot compress is used.
