Ingredients:

Semen Cassiae
Retinervus Luffae Fructus
Cortex Fraxini
Folium Nelumbinis
GaoShan Tea

Dosage & Usage:

Infuse teabag in freshly boiled water for 2 - 3 mins. Take one bag each time, twice daily and once before bed;
Ice cubes may be added to make a refreshing drink, or tea may be flavoured with sugar, honey or lemon;
Suitable for drinking after heavy meals.
One course is 45 days. We recommend that you continue to take this tea for at least 3 courses.
